Our Commitment

Google Play makes the final production access decision, but if we do not deliver the agreed tester coordination or support scope, we will review your order for a resolution or refund.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• We do not deliver the agreed testing support scope
• We fail to provide the promised number of testers
• We do not complete the testing within the promised timeframe
• You experience a service quality issue that our team cannot reasonably resolve

Contact refunds@gettesters.com with your order number, reason, and relevant documentation. We review requests within 2 business days.
